I can not login on my new macbook pro, changed my ID but no result.

I just bought my first macbook pro. I did not verify my account before my computer went to save mode asking my password. Because I could not get access, I changed my ID on a friends Macbook. But no result.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 9.0.2
