I'm using an older I-mac running )S-X snow Leopard (10.6.8). I upgraded my iphone and ipad and now I'm told i need to upgrade my itunes to be able to access my data. I tried to upgrade but can't because my operating software needs to be 10.8.3

I upgraded my iphone and ipad and now I can't connect to i-tune because i need to upgrade itunes. I can't upgrade because my software is 10.6.8 and I need 10.8.3. I tried to upgrade software but can't. I there a solution or a way to down grade so I can connect to my i-tune data?

The big problem with that is compatibility with many old applications. Read this tip:

And if you don't have a new enough iMac, you are limited to either Snow Leopard or Lion.

You can't downgrade your iOS. So sadly, if you don't have a new enough computer, you'll be forced to sell your phone through http://www.gazelle.com/ or http://www.powermax.com/ and get one that still has an older iOS on it.
