I have iPad 2 it was fine till ios9 now apps open then close please Help ty

I see that you are having difficulties with your iPad running slowly and apps not opening after updating to iOS 9. There are a couple of things I would recommend trying for these issues.

First, force the affected apps to close. See this article for the steps: Force an app to close in iOS - Apple Support

Then, force restart your iPhone. Here is how to do that: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

And finally, if these do not work, a restore of the iPad would be in order. Before you do this, you want to make sure that you have a current backup for your device.
