Since new update Game Center is not working!

Is anyone else having a problem with their IPad and GC since the new 9.0 update? I have tried many of the suggestions given and still nothing has changed. It will not load and times out. I also think that it is affecting the games that are connected to it....keep getting kicked out or the games freeze up.

Anyone had any luck in resolving these issues?
