iCloud phone connection problem

Once we had decided to buy iphon'ul I took my account , I used to same account icloud and itunes ,that's fine ... just two days ago I have installed 2 games ,evening I've just to charge and a 2 day morning mam woke me up k asks me to ABG password to icloud , I put my password, and I'm as he walked I said k account is locked, I have tried to reset your password I'd k doesn't find id. ... now Besides another id apple with the same name and I go but when I try to get your password on the phone he tells me that the account is locked ,gives me to reset your password, a reset and so he tells me.
