DDelay when scrolling up and down pages. I have tried rebooting but with no joy. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

It sounds as if you are having an issue with your iPad not scrolling in various applications when it should, which sounds very frustrating to me. Let's see if we can get you back up and running.
The first thing I would try would be to quit all running applications and try again -
Next, if the issue persists, restart the iPad after quitting all applications -
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Oh dear the reset did not fix the problem. I'm going to throw it in the bin shortly ha ha.
