I can't connect to the iTunes store on my iPhone or my Windows laptop
Since I upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 9.0.2 I have been experiencing app problems. I talked to Apple Support about the problems, and they were able to help me fix them. Now, however, I cannot connect to iTunes using either my phone or my laptop. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and have you been able to fix it?
