HI there,

I experienced similar issue to this and would advice to try the following:

(1) Manually Uninstall iTunes in following order :

- iTunes

- Apple Software Support

- Apple Mobile Device Support

- Bonjour

- Apple Application Support (you may have 32&64 but versions, remove both)

if you are unable to uninstall any of above from control panel:

download free software called Revo Uninstaller and remove specific program manually (this saved me lot of time because I was unable to uninstall Apple Software Update otherwise) it also removed associated registers entries and folders in Windows.

FInally run itunes setup again (try to run as administrator) and everything should work just fine!

Good luck
