Why am i not able to talk to anyone on my phone

I have not been able to talk to anyone on my phone unless I have it on speaker phone. Also I cannot make calls. This has been since the new update

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2

Why? Nobody here would know as we're not in front of your phone to diagnose it.

First thing to try is to reset your iPhone. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.
