Since (I believe) iOS 9.0.1, multiple iPad Mini devices are dropping off our Controller-based Aruba WiFi network. Typical Sniffer indications are STA modes, and logging shows DEAUTH by the client. There's just no explanation or discovery I can perform or find for the iPads Minis. Signal strength is excellent, noise-level is low, the devices are using 802.11ac, little to no roaming, but showing many packet re-transmissions to the devices (not really from) throughout the day. After a period of a few hours, devices will randomly drop. Other devices such as iPhones, Androids, Apple laptops do not. More, the iPad Minis will give up. They don't try to reconnect. Always, we have to visit each one and manually connect them to the WiFi.
iPad Mini, iOS 9.0.2, 9.0.1 had this issue as well.
