How to recover Apple Music playlist.

I've been using Apple Music for a while now in my iPhone. I downloaded song to listen offline and added them to my playlists.

However, I mistakenly sign out from my iTunes and Apple Store account in my phone and then signed in again.

All the songs and playlists were gone.

Does someone know how to recover them back?
