I tried iOS 9.0.2 on my iPhone 5s and iPad 4th gen. and ran into various problems.
My iPhone lost my music playlists all of a sudden, froze sporadically and seemed to drain the battery.
My iPad was no longer able to unlock and use my SIM card. Whenever the correct PIN was entered it ended within a deadlock. Incorrect PIN entries where noticed, though.
=> I downgraded to 9.0.1 and recommended to wait for a proper 9.x release from Apple.
What is your technical support question?
Neither I, nor any of my employees have had ANY issues with 9.0.2 on ANY of our iDevices.
Ipad2 9.0.2 works much better then the other 9 versions and a bit better then ios8
Your reply anwers every question I had. No one at Apple seems to have any issue with this iOS version. Only customers run into problems. Maybe you should extend your use cases in QA significantly and do not enforce people to use the latest version only. You could e.g. reopen 8.4 for downgrades.

Everyone who has answered you is a customer. You're not addressing Apple here.
And, by the way, I'm not having any of those problems, either.
Don't touch iOS 9.0.2!
