bayetaUpd folder in system library - is this malware?

I've had a a massive invasion of malware, I think it is now almost all cleaned up. However I have a folder in my System Library that is labeled bayetaUpd. It seems suspicious to me, but the subfolders make me hesitate to trash it.

One of the subfolders for example is bayetaUpd - Contents - Frameworks - Qt.core.framework - versions - 4 - Qt core (terminal),

another is bayetaUpd - MacOS - bayetaUpd (terminal)

iMac, iOS 7.1.1

It's not a component of OS X, so in that sense it's safe to delete. Back up all data first.
