Can't open dialpad, contacts, recent calls, favorites

Hi.

After my iPhone5 was updated to iOS 9.0.2 I can't open the "Phone" icon - the screen just freezes and reboot/turn on/off doesn't help. So I have no access to the Favorites, Recent, Contacts, Keypad anymore!

How should I use that device without a normal ability to make calls?
