Cannot connect to iTunes Store - Apple TV and iTunes PC
For crying out loud... I have this dreaded 'Cannot connect to iTunes Store' error showing on both my iTunes (latest version 12.3.xxxx) (Windows 10 Laptop) as well as on my Apple TV (3rd gen). I'm a simple user but I think I know 1 or 2 things.
Anyways, I've reset my AppleTV to factory, reconnected to my wifi, all good. But once I enter my Apple ID I receive this not-so-premium message that seems to bother thousands... ouch. Gotta admit I was a bit of fanboy until I ran into this. I then reset my Apple ID with the iforgot function. No problem, received the email straight away, entered a new password. My iPhone 6 immediately asked for it to enter. Done, no problem.
Then tried again on the AppleTV. No joy. Then I tried the same on my Laptop (latest version iTunes). Nope... again this error.
No idea what to do... Any tips?
