Error initialising core midi

Hi

Anyone out there come across this problem...

" error initialising core midi"

And then no midi ....

Since installing "EL CAPITAN"

Or Maybe just bad luck...

Everything seems slower to boot up

I am running Logic Pro 10.2.....the thing in my sons account on the same Mac

It's all fine but for some reason on my account no midi....

Any help much appreciated..
