I have an I6 Plus today I am not able to update or load new apps running on IOS 9.02. The update circles and times out, then goes back to the update button.
U.S. Michigan. It appears that more problems have been creeping up in the app store once the app slicing went on line. Anyone else seeing the same thing?

Apple uses many, many servers. That means the App Store can be down in one region but not another. No, there hasn't been any increase in how often the App Store has been offline.

It seems that accessing iTunes via iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2 is an issue. At least I'm hearing that access in Europe is a problem.

No problem with an iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2 here in the U.S. Apple usually resolves these things pretty quickly.
Thanks! I have been having intermittent issues with my App updates ever since I updated to 9.02. Perhaps I need to wipe my phone, or wait for the next update.
Having this issue but with iPhone 5 but not on iPhone 6. Im am in the UK
App Store down, but not for all? Is this an Icloud app slicing problem??
