Is there a way to recover blocked imessages?
I accidentally blocked the wrong number, and didn't realize it until a few days later. Is there a way I can recover any imessages that were sent while the number was blocked.

Would they have received any Imessages that I sent while they were blocked?
Yes.
The same way they always do. Just because you blocked them doesn't mean they blocked you.
