iphone5 won't turn on, keeps restarting loop

This morning my iPhone 5 running the latest iOS version was charging, it was up to 84% and all of a sudden it restarted. It tried to restart but it just kept restarting and shutting down, restarting and shutting down. Basically I can't get past the Apple logo screen. I've tried a hard reset with no luck. I tried plugging it into my computer via USB but since it won't go past the Apple logo screen, my computer won't see it. Any thoughts or ideas on a fix?
