I recently purchased 200GB of iCloud Drive and attempted to upload movies from iMovie "Theater". I used the "Turn on iCloud Drive" and confirmed the iMovie box is checked. I've unchecked and re-checked the box. I've shut down and restarted the computer.
All my photographs in Photos have successfully uploaded to iCloud Drive.
Any suggestions?? Thanks

Are you getting any error message? What is the size of one of the movies and how quick is the upload on your internet connection?
There are no error messages. The average movie size is 3GB. I don't know the speed of my internet, but I upload large files regularly and stream Netflix without any problems. Also I have tried to upload at different locations and the result is the same.
Usually the upload speed is slower than downstream so you could stream Netflix movies smoother than upload equally large files
Can you go to Speedtest.net and post the results here?
I'm away from home so it will be a few days before I can post the results. Thanks for trying to help.
I found the answer in " 'iMovie keeps saying 'Turn on iCloud Drive' even though it is on" (see below)...it appears to be a problem with iMovie. There is a new update for iMovie out and I will get it sometime tomorrow.
