Windows 10 vs iTunes

I have windows 10 and recently downloaded the new version of iTunes. Now it doesn't recognise my computer no matter what I do to try and fix it. Since I downloaded the new version all the iPhones we have connected to it are asking us to CONSTANTLY type in the acccount password no matter what we are doing with our phone, even just to log on to make a call. Some one help me PLEASE!
