on my ipad, the app store says that i have 14 apps to update but when i open the store i dont get the update optin just the open option.
i see the available updates, but no update option.

If you have the Open button they have already been updated.
Not true. I have the same issue since the new IOS came out. I showed 50+ updates yet they all said "OPEN" I restarted my iPad and they reverted to "UPDATE". I selectively updated several and it now says 39 updates available. I know this is true because I do all updates manually and several unused apps have not been updated for a while. All 39 now say "OPEN" NOT "UPDATE" I rebooted again but it did not reset it this time. There is definitely something wrong in the APPS Store application.

Started working seemingly ok last night. Must have been something going on at the App Store?
