Ive noticed that some texts show in the preview as being from a contact name where as others show only their phone number. I've checked to see country code set up and that doesn't seem to be it... Anyone any ideas?

Previously had rebooted/reset/reset network settings/reconfigured WAP settings/reloaded phone provider cert
Issue was with sms not imessages for me and only from some users.
Spoke to Apple support just now, deleted out the text thread history from that user within the message app, and now all ok.
Had it with a couple of users and that fixed them all. No idea why they had got corrupted
