Apple ID for under13

I Want to set up a Apple ID for my 11 year old daughter. I want to use family share but I don't have a credit card. Is there another way to prove I am over 18?

Carriet,

Unfortunately, no. A credit card at setup is a legal requirement to demonstrate that the Family Organizer is taking financial responsibility for the minor.

Once the account is set up, the credit card may be replaced by a debit card.
