mailbox sent file missing

I recently uploaded my new 6s with my backup in iTunes. Now under one of my email address the sent sub folders are missing like sent, trash, junk, etc. Only folder available is my inbox. I deleted the account and added it back but it did not work. Everything is fine on my Mac in the mail program. Just missing on my iPhone 6s.
