iphone 6 plus keeps disconnecting

Okay, Apple Support, I've just about had it. My iPhone 6 Plus keeps disconnecting with the message "The iPhone could not sync because the iPhone was disconnected" or "Could not sync the iPhone because it could not be found" or other similar messages, when trying to sync via USB cable.
