Location based reminders

I have an iPhone 5S on iOS 9.02 and my location based reminders do not work. What do I need to do?

Check all the settings in Settings > Privacy > Location Services (including Reminders, system services, etc.) to make sure you are allowing your iPhone to track your location.

All settings are on to allow tracking. Is there anything else?
