Any known virus or scam on iPhone and iPad?

I've recently had pop-up windows on my iPhone and iPad while using Facebook claiming I won a prize by something called http://mobile-rewards.mobi? It gives be only the option of clicking OK and simply freezes everything else on screen unless I do. Quitting Facebook and relaunching it still has the pop-up window. The first time it happened I carelessly clicked on it, and it disappeared but don't recall providing any other info. Have I infected my iPhone with some virus? Today it happened on my iPad, but this time I completely powered down and restarted the iPad and then launched Facebook and the pop-up was gone. Should I still be worried?

I get the same thing when I click on a Facebook LIKE toolbar on top of the NYT Mobile in Safari on my iphone iOS 9.0.2. The toolbar is in the place NYT puts ads. It has an icon on the left with 3 lines in box formation, then two silhouettes of people, then two talk bubbles with a #1 in red that is flashing, then a globe. If you click on it you go to http://mobile-rewards.mobi . The Facebook like toolbar was there a few times, it was gone a little while, now it is back. The Facebook like toolbar doesn't seem to be on other sites but the sites I looked at (Washington Post for instance) might be different in ways I am not thinking of (adserver, types of ads, etc). I got rid of the http://mobile-rewards.mobi pop up by going to Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data. That gets rid of the pop up but it doesn't seem to get rid of the malicious toolbar. Any help appreciated. Also, and I don't know if this is related, on the Settings page, at the top of the app list, there are four faded icons called NULL. I've never seen them before.
