I can not access Apps in iTunes...

I am no longer able to see my apps in the iTunes sorter that historically would allow me to uninstall or reinstall. I do not know when this started since I do not plug in very frequently. I do have the most recent version installed on my computer and the most recent version of ios on my phone.

I can see my Home Screens, I just cant see or select any Apps individually. I used to be able to go into iTunes and review the full list to determine which Apps were taking up too much space and play with it periodically to give myself additional room from time to time.

I am wondering if I need to reinstall iTunes if it has become corrupt? And if I do, should I deactivate this computer on this iTunes before I do so?

Appreciate any advice. Thanks.
