I've tried to do the most recent ios update and it says that there is an unknown error and now my phone has frozen and i can't even switch it on
I've tried to update my 5c with the most recent Ios but unfortunately it keeps saying that an unknown error has occurred and it can't do the update. My phone has now frozen and I can't switch it on or do anything with it. all it says is connect to iTunes.
Can anyone please help!!!!
