Trouble trashing downloads from TWAIN Data Sources

I was advised to trash all printer drivers and reinstall, but the ones in Library/ImageCapture/ TWAIN Data Sources folder remain in "moving to trash" window forever. Is this normal for these type files to take all day to make it to the trash ?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
