I downloaded the new improved version of AntVirus Sentinel Pro and it is useless!!
Even tho they claim they have fixed the VPN issue they haven't!!
Now I'm wondering how to get my money back??

I will go even further then you and state that you should not download any AV software from anyone for a Mac. It is all a scam which does nothing practical on the Mac. All it ever does is call problems.
You are going to have to go back to where you purchased it and talk to them about a refund.
