Suddenly today both my iPhone and my iPad have started downloading 2 year old mail from my ISP email server. I've tried deleting them, marking them as already read, restarting the devices then deleting but no matter what the emails keep coming back and filling up my inboxes. Anyone else having this problem?

Never mind, I found the problem. My Internet Service Provider (Brighthouse in Tampa Florida) has screwed things up on their email servers. These people are lucky if they find their backside with both hands.
