My iPhone 6 has stuck the touch system doesn't work. the display appears "DO NOT INCLUDE" pls help me!

my iPhone got stuck. when it is in the lock screen i am unable to type my password because the touch system doesn't work. then i can come to home screen using my finger to unlock the phone. i am unable to open any app. half of the screen shows "DO NOT INCLUDE" then it shows some other names of the apps that i have installed. pls help.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2

do a reset, no data loss. hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot backup.
