Game centre not syncing Halo Spartan assault

Hi,

I completed all the levels in this game but did not receive the game centre achievement for the last level. To try to solve this I reinstalled the app but doing this has lost all progress. The game centre however still shows the achievements which did unlock. How can I get all of this to sync properly?
