Passcode Troubles
I factory reset my Iphone and when I turned it on it had a pass code and I do not know it what do I do?

Do you mean a screen passcode, or an iCloud passcode? If it is a screen passcode see: iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode
If it needs an iCloud passcode the only option is to contact the owner of that iCloud account. See: iCloud: Find My iPhone Activation Lock
