Find my iPhone hide

Find My iPhone has been hided everything so couldn't type ID and Password on the login screen. It only happened on iOS 9

One more thing...

Search on iOS 9.0.2 also has been problem. I always swipe up to down (or left to right) to search my contact to make a phone call. iOS 9.0.1 is no problem but after updating to iOS 9.0.2 it couldn't. It couldn't find out something even it still exist in my phone.

Any one has same problem? please advice.
