problems downloading btn podcasts

I am having problems downloading podcasts from BTN to my iPad and iPhone. I can not download them via Wi-Fi or 3G, only manually via iTunes. This has been a problem for me for several years over several products and OS'es. I do not know if this is a problem with you or them. Please help this get resolved. Thank you.
