iphone wont start up?

my iphone 5 keeps going from the startup apple to the dead battery sign. it tries to start then goes dead to the dead battery sign. i dont understand what is happening. any one ave any ideas?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.0.2, just got battery changed at apple

sounds like your battery is dying. If charging it for over an hour off the wall doesn't work, you'll need to go to Apple for evaluation and battery diagnostics.
