Can I overcharge the battery on my iPhone 6s Plus?
my phone batteries always seem to need to be charged more often than my friends. Could this be because I don't let the battery run Dow all the way?

No, there is no requirement to deplete the battery to low levels. Actually, repeatedly depleting the battery is detrimental to the long term life of a Lithium based battery.
