The wifi on my iphone 6 has been very weak since the recent ios 9 updates. When I'm in the same room as the router, I have signal, but when I walk into the next room, it drops. My wife's iphone 6 is still on ios 8 and the wifi on that phone works just fine.
This happens on all wifi networks, I've tested, so it's an issue with the phone and not the router.
Anyone else having this issue and know of any fixes?

Were you ever able to solve this? I am experiencing the same problem, trying various solutions, to no avail. Before my current iPhone 6, I had a refurbished one that worked without a problem with iOS 9 so I don't understand why a new iPhone would face this problem.
it ended up being the hardware. I thought it was software related or maybe even my database, but it wasn't. I went to the Apple Store and they replaced my iPhone 6 for me. Luckily it was still under warranty.
Thanks Banjamong, I have exactly the same issue and was struggling to find a solution. Now i know that its a hardware issue.
But unfortunately my device has completed the warranty period.
