Macbook Air doesn't boot. Panic errors

2012 Macbook Air A1466

Used macbook last night and it worked fine. While watching youtube it crashed and shut its self down. I attempted to restart but it never restarted. I shut it down and went to bed. This morning I have not been able to boot the computer.

Things I've tried.

Attempted recovery with alt-r: See pic

Reset NVRAM. No Change.

Reset SMC. No Change.

Checked Verbose startup: See pic

Single user Mode: See Pic

Safe mode has been attempted but leads to a grey screen with no progression.

This is the normal screen that appears when nothing is pressed at startup (though sometimes is hangs on the apple logo which i take to mean it is locating the boot.efi file sometimes):

Also this sometimes appears randomly:

I assume this is memory related and that since it is a macbook air I can't swap it out and my logic board might be toast. I haven't been able to get it to a point where I can run any diagnostics on it.

Any thoughts about how I should proceed? My next thought was to open it and check thermal paste and debris/dirt for heating issues.
