Q: iCloud upgrade - want to buy more storage - can I do that without a credit card?

My iCloud is full - I´ve only got the 5 GB and really want to buy more storage. 

Is the only way to buy more storage to have a credit card?  Isn´t it possible to have iTunes-credit?
