Q: PHOTO won't start ?!
Hi,
After a major crash I had to have my harddisk (Macbook Pro) changed. With this change, they installed El Capitan and thus Photos with it. The problem is that Photos won't start at all ?
To make things more clear (?) I attached the following screen-shot ,in Dutch, but it says; "An unexpected error occurred. Leave the application/program and start-up again".
No matter how much I try, it won"t start ?
I very much like to have iPhoto back, but I don't know how. Do you have any suggestions ?

Hey Frah5,
I understand that you are having an issue opening your Photo's library. I know you want to get your photos back. Let's see if we can get it sorted out.
The first thing I would check for is if you can create a new Photo's library. This will help determine if the app is the issue or the library. To create a new library, hold the Option key and open Photos. This will bring up a prompt to either choose or create a new library. Click Create New... and name it to see if you can open the library. Take a look at the first article below for more details if you need it.

Let me know if you can create a new library or if it still crashes on you.
Take it easy.
