It sounds like you are unable to restore your phone with multiple computers for some reason. I would highly suggest the troubleshooting in the following article about USB troubleshooting with iOS devices:
Resolve USB-related alerts in iTunes
If the issue persists, then I would next use the troubleshooting in this article:
iTunes: May become unresponsive when connecting iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
