Q: Does step 3.3 need to be updated?

I am trying to reset my iCloud Music.  The steps seem straight forward until step 3.3 that refers to a reset option.  I am not seeing the option to reset the iCloud music library in the "Account Information" page.  Please help.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.6), iTunes Version 12.3.0.44
