visual voice mail on cricket

I have to iphone 5 phones both origanally on the aTT network, after the contract expired I switched them to Cricket. One of them has visual voice mail the other does not. Does any one know how to get it working on the second phone, Cricket at this stage seems clueless? Both phone are current iOS!
