For along time the keep charge or use the battery

what is the good condition for charging the mac is after full battery 100% it pater to keep the charge connected or disconnected the power cable than use the battery on because we use the mac along time so no problem if keep the power charger

You can keep the battery charged to 100% all the time if you like. It won't hurt the battery. You can leave the cable connected even if the battery is already charged to 100%
