I have a MacBookPro which I would like to connect to a Canon MF4350d printer either via USB or ** wireless router. Is this possible and is there an available driver for this printer?

Thanks for the reply. I meant to type Macbook Pro and I realize now I put this on the wrong forum. I assume the driver for OSX Yosemite works for the laptop as well as the desktop.
