Q: I recently upgraded my PC to Windows 10 and also updated my itunes and iphone to the latest versions.  Now I cannot sync all my selected songs with my phone. Many songs are greyed out with a circle next to it. All of these were synced previously.

I recently upgraded my PC to Windows 10 and my iPhone to the latest versions.  Now I am having no end of problems syncing my music to my phone. Most songs appear greyed out with a circle next to it. All of these songs were synced with no problems before the upgrades. Playlists and songs synced without issues.   I Sync "selected songs only" and tick the songs I want to sync, as my music library is quite large. Some songs sync but many don't and the sync process seems to stop halfway through. It doesn't matter if it was purchased on iTunes or ripped from a CD.  I have also turned firewalls off to see if that is an issue. I also can't access iTunes Match which seems to have disappeared.  Anyone else experiencing this?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2, Windows 10
